Where our story begins!
Founded by Eyuel Girma Telila, Excellence Coffee Import and Export has its roots in a family legacy of coffee cultivation. The farm was previously owned by Ato Telila, Eyuel’s grandfather, who instilled a passion for coffee farming that continues to thrive today. Since becoming a coffee supplier in 2020 and expanding into coffee exportation in 2023, the company has steadily built a reputation for quality, reliability, and dedication to Ethiopian coffee.
Since its establishment as an exporter, Excellence Coffee Import and Export has successfully exported a total of 20 containers of coffee to international markets. These shipments demonstrate the company’s growing presence in the global coffee trade and its commitment to delivering consistent, high-quality products to buyers abroad.



Roasting and Packaging Excellence
Our coffee roasting operation was established to bring out the full flavor and character of our carefully sourced Ethiopian coffee. Using high-quality beans from trusted farms, we apply precise roasting techniques to highlight the unique aroma, body, and taste profiles that Ethiopian coffee is known for. Every batch is carefully monitored to ensure consistency, freshness, and the highest quality standards for our customers.
Through roasting and packaging our own coffee, we aim to create more value while delivering a premium coffee experience to both local and international markets. Our roasted coffee is prepared with great attention to detail and packaged to preserve freshness, allowing consumers to enjoy authentic Ethiopian coffee with its rich flavor and distinctive origin.
Our Coffee Sources

West Arsi Coffee
The Ethiopia West Arsi is a perennial favorite. Ethiopian country coffees are known for their fruity-floral flavor with hints of stone fruit, which guarantees a flavorful cup every time.

Guji Coffee
Ethiopian Guji coffee beans are tiny gems of flavor! They hail from the Guji region, which is renowned for its breathtaking landscapes. These beans are carefully cultivated and have a unique flavor.

Sidama Coffee
Sidama coffee is known for its rich body, crisp acidity, citrusy aromas, and spices. One of Ethiopia's three coffee-trade-marked regions is Sidama.

Jimma Coffee
Jimma coffee makes a smooth, full-bodied cup that is somewhat nutty and spicy, making it the ideal choice for a balanced and cozy brew.

Limmu Coffee
Limmu coffee is renowned for having a delicate, peppery finish and fruity aromas with a syrupy mouthfeel.

Bale Coffee
Bold body and crisp acidity, together with citric and flowery flavors and a clean, lingering finish, are characteristics of bale coffee.

Harar Coffee
Harar coffee offers a distinctive and daring taste experience and is renowned for its strong, wine-like acidity and distinctive berry notes.

Kaffa Coffee
Kaffa coffee is well-known for its strong, earthy flavors, which frequently have hints of chocolate and spice. It also has a rich, lingering aftertaste and a full-bodied mouthfeel.

Nekemte Coffee
Nekemte coffee's flavor profile is diverse and unique. Complex aromas, including as honey, citrus, and floral undertones, can be found in higher-quality coffees from the region.

Yirgacheffe Coffee
Yirgacheffe coffee is a favorite among specialty coffee drinkers because of its delicate and nuanced flavor profile, which includes bright floral notes, citric acidity, and a clean finish.
