West Arsi Coffee
The Ethiopia West Arsi is a perennial favorite. Ethiopian country coffees are known for their fruity-floral flavor with hints of stone fruit, which guarantees a flavorful cup every time. The area shares many production characteristics with its neighboring Sidama, and was previously considered to be part of the Sidama growing area before reclassification.

Guji Coffee
Ethiopian Guji coffee beans are tiny gems of flavor! They hail from the Guji region, which is renowned for its breathtaking landscapes. These beans are carefully cultivated and have a unique flavor. Guji coffee is special, whether it's because of the high mountains or the method used to pick it.

Sidama Coffee
Sidama coffee is known for its rich body, crisp acidity, citrusy aromas, and spices. One of Ethiopia's three coffee-trade-marked regions is Sidama. Additionally, the majority of the nation's grade one and grade two beans—the two highest quality classifications—come from it.
Because Sidama is higher up, the coffee ripens more slowly and is harvested later than in other parts of Ethiopia. As a result, the cherries are able to produce the nuanced flavors and scents that define Sidama coffee.

Jimma Coffee
Jimma coffee makes a smooth, full-bodied cup that is somewhat nutty and spicy, making it the ideal choice for a balanced and cozy brew. Jimma coffee is renowned for its robust, full-bodied qualities, which frequently include earthy, rich flavors with undertones of chocolate, spice, and fruit.

Limmu Coffee
Limmu coffee is renowned for having a delicate, peppery finish and fruity aromas with a syrupy mouthfeel. It also has a well-balanced acidity and sweetness. Southwest Ethiopia's highlands Limmu region is well-known for its washed coffees. The coffee beans have a characteristic green hue, a roundish shape, and are medium in size.

Bale Coffee
Bold body and crisp acidity, together with citric and flowery flavors and a clean, lingering finish, are characteristics of bale coffee. The southern Ethiopian highlands of Bale are renowned for their rich soils and distinct climate.Bright acidity and a robust flavor characterize the coffee produced here.

Harar Coffee
Harar coffee offers a distinctive and daring taste experience and is renowned for its strong, wine-like acidity and distinctive berry notes. The historic Ethiopian city of Harar is well-known for its extensive coffee growing tradition. Harar coffee has long been prized for its robust body and fruity, winey flavors.

Kaffa Coffee
As the birthplace of coffee, Kaffa beans offer a rich and complex profile with earthy and woody notes, reflecting the deep roots of Ethiopian coffee culture. Kaffa coffee is well-known for its strong, earthy flavors, which frequently have hints of chocolate and spice. It also has a rich, lingering aftertaste and a full-bodied mouthfeel.

Nekemte Coffee
Nekemte coffee's flavor profile is diverse and unique. Complex aromas, including as honey, citrus, and floral undertones, can be found in higher-quality coffees from the region. Nekemte coffee's flavor combination makes it a useful addition to specialty roaster mixes.

Yirgacheffe Coffee
Southern Ethiopia's Yirgacheffe region is well known for producing coffee. Yirgacheffe coffee is a favorite among specialty coffee drinkers because of its delicate and nuanced flavor profile, which includes bright floral notes, citric acidity, and a clean finish.
